Gearyx started in Tilburg, the Netherlands, in the summer of 2026 — at a kitchen table, with a laptop, a frustrated founder, and a car that deserved better.
I'm Firas, a software engineer. Like most people, I tried to buy a dash cam and a decent phone mount online — and fell into the swamp everyone falls into: ten thousand identical products, invented brand names, reviews that don't add up, spec sheets that lie, and no way to tell what's actually good. The tech itself has never been better; the way it's sold has never been worse.
So I built the store I couldn't find. Gearyx is a curated catalog, not a marketplace: around 85 products, each selected against hard criteria — proven demand, honest specs, universal fit in any car, and quality we'd put in our own vehicles. When the spec sheet says 50,000Pa of suction or 2,500A of starting current, we've checked what that actually means in the real world — you'll find our hands-on "Gearyx Tested" notes on our flagship products, written by us and labeled as ours.
