Every Gearyx order ships tracked. Here's how it works:

  1. Order confirmation — instantly after checkout
  2. Shipping confirmation with your personal tracking link — within 1–3 business days, by email
  3. Follow every step — the tracking link in your email shows live status from dispatch to your door, including your local carrier (PostNL, DHL, DPD, USPS and others depending on destination)

Can't find your tracking email?

  • Check spam/promotions folders (search "Gearyx")
  • Still nothing after 3 business days? Email support@gearyx.com with your order number — we respond within 24 hours with your tracking status
