Changed your mind? Return any unused product in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

12-month warranty

Every product is covered for 12 months against defects. Some brands extend this further.

How to start a return

1. Email support@gearyx.com with your order number
2. We reply within 24h with the return address and a prepaid label where applicable
3. Refund lands within 5 business days of us receiving the item

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery — we ship a free replacement immediately, no return needed.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers additionally hold the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods — no reason needed. Email support@gearyx.com within 14 days of delivery to invoke it. Full details in our Refund Policy. Our 30-day returns always extend, never limit, your legal rights.
