Privacy Policy

Gearyx ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. Gearyx is a Dutch company (KVK 97732699, Tilburg, Netherlands) and processes data under the GDPR.

What we collect and why

Order data — name, shipping address, email, phone: to fulfill, ship and support your order (legal basis: contract performance)
Payment data — processed entirely by Shopify Payments and its certified partners; we never see or store your card details
Account & support data — messages you send us: to answer you (legitimate interest)
Analytics — anonymized site usage to improve the store (consent via cookie banner)

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors needed to deliver your order: payment processing, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners and the Shopify platform — under GDPR data-processing agreements.

Retention

Order records are kept as required by Dutch tax law (7 years); support correspondence up to 2 years; analytics per your consent settings.

Marketing

You receive marketing email only if you opt in. Every message contains a one-click unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time. EU/EEA customers may also complain to the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). California residents have equivalent CCPA rights.
