Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@gearyx.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing may take a further 3-5 days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a free replacement immediately - no return required.

Exceptions

Consumable items (e.g. cleaning products) that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
