Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@gearyx.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing may take a further 3-5 days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a free replacement immediately - no return required.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that period by an unambiguous statement (e-mail to support@gearyx.com is sufficient; you may use the EU model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory). Return the goods within 14 days of your notification. We refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using your original payment method. You bear the direct cost of the return unless the item is faulty. Our voluntary 30-day return policy above extends, and never limits, these statutory rights.
